CMI Casting Testing & Technical
CMI Equipment & Engineering also now provides testing and product

to 4 Channel Multi-axis testing.

A CMI Static Push Test Machine is capable of performing push tests
to capture load vs. displacement. The machine uses a proportion
valve to control a hydraulic cylinder with an internal LVDT and
a load cell. The cylinder is capable of reaching forces up 33,000
lbs at a stroke of 6 inches. A PLC controls system is used to control
the tests and capture data of load vs. displacement.
In conjunction with our engineering department, we are able to fully
design and manufacture fatigue setups and work supports. We can
take your part data and develop a customized testing apparatus.
